Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Barn, Arena or Boarding using the EC Pro system. EC Pro US, as a service provider to CLT Farms Equestrian Healing Center LLC, does not issue refunds on behalf of CLT Farms Equestrian Healing Center LLC.

Please contact the Barn, Arena or Boarding directly. CLT Farms Equestrian Healing Center LLC is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
